We are organising TOT courses from the 2nd of February in Tg. Mures.

The training is recommended for those who work in adult education or would like to work as a trainer. During the course, you will learn about the latest methods of adult training and at the same time obtain a certificate that complies with the statutory requirements, accredited by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Family and Labor. Formator (code COR 242401) is a qualification available for persons with a higher education degree, Master Instructor (code COR 235907) is a diploma awarded to the persons with secondary education.

Training syllabus:

• Adult education, planning and organizing courses and trainings;
• Group dynamics, the communication  style and tools of the trainer;
• Conflict Management Strategies, and managing the conflicts occurring during the course;
• Theories and practices of learning approaches, methods, techniques;
• Marketing of adult education;
• Evaluation of further training and courses.

 Dates of training:

2nd of February 2018 – Friday: 16,00 – 20,00
3rd of February 2018– Saturday: 9,00 -15,00
9th of February 2018 – Friday: 16,00 – 20,00
10th of February 2018 – Saturday: 9,00 -15,00

 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION:

• Copy of ID card;
• Copy of birth certificate;
• Europass CV – in Romanian language;
• Diploma of highest qualification;
• Application form.
